Helpful to cook roti and papad
This works well to cook roti and papad. A good addition to my kitchen. Would recommend it if you cannot cook roti using traditional tavas.
Smaller than you expect
The product photo gives a false impression of the size. This would only fit over the smaller size stove plates. Further the legs are not as deep to maintain a stable balance. In the end, you can fit it over the smaller plates to use the wire rack, but it's a tight fit and needs fiddling. If I had to buy again, I would buy a bigger size.
Works as expected
This Wire roaster worked as expected. However roasting a chapati directly on electric heat had side effects for me. Now, i prefer to roast chapatis on a standard Pan with no oil.
