Joyce Chen 22-0040, Pro Chef 14 Inch Flat Bottom Wok with Excalibur Non-stick coating

Nonstick surface disintegrate
The nonstick surface of this pan started to peel off into our food, kind of like peeling paint, within a couple of months of purchase. Definitely do not buy this pan. I've had lots of pans with non-stick surfaces and I've never seen anything like this. It made an otherwise nice sized pan, with good weight, unusable.

Broken within a month
Avoid this product. The handle broke within a month of use which is exactly outside of the time window Amazon allows the item to be returned when you added the delivery time from the order date. Save your money and I would avoid buying cooking products from this site.

Joyce Chen 14 inch flat bottom non-stick wok
This wok is by far the best one I have ever had. I use it at home and to cook at the Patriots' tailgate over an 80,000 BTU propane burner. I have never had a problem with the non-stick coating as long as I use wooden or bamboo tools and don't let the wok heat dry. You'd have to be an idiot (or a Jets or Colts fan) to put the wok on high heat empty or to use metal tools. Either of those dumb mistakes will kill any non-stick surface. Get one or two of these...you'll love 'em.
