Have this pot for over 10 years
This is a quality pot which I have used it for over 10 years. All handles are coated so you can touch them while cooking. So I do not think that they will be rust. I think the previous reviewer bought a different product? I made all kinds of hot pot (Shabu Shabu, Sichoen style chinese hot pot, thai style sukiyaki, vietnamese Pho, etc)in this pot. It has served me very well since I was just a college kid and lived in a small apartment. Keep in mind that this pot is a little small. It can serve 2-4 people only. At my parents' home, we had a non-stick pot that is bigger and can serve the whole family. However, the non-stick chipped only a year of constant uses.
Nevertheless, I rated this for 4 1/2 stars. I used the pot heavily, so one of the small rings/handles on the cover has become lose so it will touch the cover while cooking so you can't touch it without using a kitchen cloth. well i soaked this in water for several days to see if it would rust. the handles rust. didn't send it back though.
