Chicago Metallic Non-Stick Large Jelly Roll Pan, 16-3/4 by 12-Inch

Better than other pans I used/
You need to know the important note that (unfortunately) I had read only after the first use.
There is setting a temperature.
The temperature must be a little bit less than regular comparable with lightweight pan.
This is heavyweight pan that I can clean much faster than any I had.

Beware of outside dimensions - large oven needed!
The dimensions of the Large Chicago cookie/jelly roll pan pertain to the bottom of the pan. I learned this the hard way. A cookie sheet listed as 16-3/4 by 12 by 1-inch is actually 17-3/4 by 12-7/8 by 1 inch. It does not fit my 17.5" oven.
The rim on the picture seems very thin and it is, except that the sides are slanted just enough to add 1/2 inch on each end.
